The Metal element associated with autumn is an occasion to work with sadness, grief, and depression as fuel to find clarity, inspiration, and courage. How can we move beyond our given constitution and conditions to a blissful state and lucidity intrinsic to our being? Daria uses Chinese energetic and contemplative action modalities to tap into the Chinese 5 Elements theory within and without, considering the constant transformation of the environment and seasonal influences. This practice opens the experience of the interdependent alchemy of the physical, emotional, energetical, causal, and intellectual bodies, journeying in our constitutive forces and the process of transformation and realization of potential. Between the contemplation of inner arising and action, there is an open state where possibilities are endless in the immediacy of our fundamental unconditioned nature.
