MODULE 1: Weekly limited series
This series comprises 16 2-hour classes held twice weekly
These classes are seasonal and focus on the correspondences following the Chinese Five Element theory to optimize bodymind awareness stability in the experience of change.
The Fall series will focus on Metal/Lungs/Large Intestine/Skin.
It will include a basic warm-up, qigong forms, and meditation to increase the respiratory system’s capacity as a potent engine for transformation and develop healthy absorption and elimination, healthy self-esteem, and a sharp mind.
