The teaching will focus on transitioning between fall and winter, explicitly addressing generating and gathering energy to find stillness and focus. It will include how to wake up your chi, store it as your deep inner battery, and find a place of rest through stillness. It emphasizes the connection between Lungs/Metal, Kidneys/Water, and Heart/Fire elemental dynamics.

This intensive will take place online only from 8-9 AM ET.

The purpose of these six sessions is to give you a way to start your days energized and focused.

C O R E  M O T I O N, payments are structured with options that reflect how income is distributed: 

• Tier 1 allocates a percentage to support students with financial difficulties

• Tier 2 shows your generosity to the teacher

• Tier 3 is the bare minimum to make the teaching happen

Six classes:

Classes are recorded and will be available until January 6th.

Weekly classes will resume on January 7th in-person and online.
