These seasonal Qigong classes focus on correspondences following the Chinese Five Element theory to optimize bodymind awareness and stability in the experience of change.

Tues and Thurs 10 am - 12 pm.

Come either of the following dates:

Classes will take place April 1, 3, 8, 10, 15 (NO class 4/17), 22, 24, and 29 - May 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 28 - June 3, 5, 10, 12

Tier 1: $230 — Tier 2 $215— Tier 3 $200

Payments are structured with options that reflect how income is distributed: 

Tier 1 allocates a percentage to support students with financial difficulties
Tier 2 shows your generosity to the teacher
Tier 3 is the bare minimum to make the teaching happen
