The zhi 志, or willpower, is linked to the kidneys. Will is the involvement of the water qi in the building and functioning of awareness and the mind. In Chinese classical texts, will is the determination of the mind. It bends the mindset in a certain direction and controls its activity. The will aims at a goal, whether personal ambition or noble ideal. By means of the will, one is disposed to do or not do something, inclined to like or dislike something. The will is a deep and strong aspiration of the whole being.
It is about using our innermost fear as a transformative force to transform trust, endurance, and fluidity.
The workshop will propose a series of bodymind cultivation of our life force to strengthen kidneys, bladder, and bones by activating sexual energy.
